We are excited to confirm the final details about our up and coming Swim Clinic with Melbourne Vicentre coach Brad Harris. This will take place on the first Mon/Tue/Wed of the school holidays.

Day 1: Freestyle and backstroke-stroke correction, drill progression 

Day 2: Breaststroke and butterfly-stroke correction, drill progression 

Day 3: IM focus-starts, turns & finishes

Every single swimmer in our club is eligible to attend this clinic, with groups as follows:

Group 1 – Bronze/Silver/Gold 10am – 12pm
Group 2 – Development 12pm – 1pm
Group 3 – Dolphins 1pm – 3pm

Note that Groups 1 & 3 will also participate in a dry land session as part of the clinic. Please bring along a soft exercise mat if you have one and a towel for this session.

There is no additional cost, all we ask is for a Gold coin donation from each swimmer to put towards the costs of fruit snacks and a hydration station. 

Swimmers and families are welcome to come and observe any of the sessions with any of the groups.
