Individual swimmers will be introduced to a variety of racing techniques and opportunities as they continue to master all four competitive strokes and gain greater confidence and proficiency as they learn more about their individual capabilities, and this is achieved by introducing more advanced drills and training techniques along with an increase in endurance based swimming. A greater emphasis is also put on turns, starts and finishes to further enhance their racing capabilities…
